DoorDash, B2B Landing Page (SPEC)
The client: DoorDash is a technology company that connects consumers with their favorite local businesses in more than 25 countries. Founded in 2013, DoorDash helps merchants thrive in the convenience economy and gives consumers access to more of their communities.
The task: DoorDash wanted to attract small, independently owned restaurants that were not yet DoorDash Partners. This target audience was skeptical of new technology and services, so I had to find a way to address these concerns while still conveying the growth opportunity.
The solution: I used simple and reassuring language to draw attention to the positive impact the partner program could have. A secondary CTA allowed the readers to get expert 24/7 support and guidance, which helped increase the number of sign-ups by preventing landing page abandonment.
